Amazing Days Events specializes in collaborative wedding planning with our couples in a fun, honest, and supportive way. We take all of the heavy lifting off of your shoulders while giving you the confidence that we are crossing all of the t’s and dotting all of the i’s (and lower case j’s). And, of course, to make everything run beautifully and smoothly on the Big Day. From vendor introductions to timeline development to lighting the candles…we bring peace of mind to your Best. Day. **Pricing is not inclusive of staffing for day-of assistants to be determined once the scope of the event is established. Most of our events require 2 assistants to ensure that all plans are carried out for a beautiful and smoothly-run event.

What is the difference between Full Service, Partial Planning and Coordination?
Full Service is for our couples who want the best of all that we offer! We are known for our attention to detail, focus on a stellar guest experience, strong logistics planning, impeccable yet comfortable timelines, beautiful design elements creating custom aesthetics that highlight our couples’ personalities, priorities & vision. We have incredibly strong on-site production teams that will be sure that your wedding day runs like clockwork while being exceedingly enjoyable & memorable for all who attend.
Partial Planning focuses on planning & logistics including but not limited to: vendor hiring, vendor management, site visits, tastings, rental & lighting management, etc. This is a great choice for our couples who want us to do the heavy lifting when it comes to planning but want to handle the design & aesthetic on their own.
Coordination is for our couples who have chosen a venue that is very inclusive (ex: hotels, clubs, etc.) and they would like to manage their vendors (hiring, planning, etc.) on their own with some guidance & tools that we provide to make the planning process easier. Please note that there are venues at which we do not offer Coordination services due to the scope of planning & production requirements for that venue.
How do we hold our date with you?
Once you fall in love with us (kidding, not kidding!), you’ll let us know and we will send you a contract to review & sign and details for the first deposit. If I get another inquiry on the date you requested I will try to check with you first but as a business, an agreement and deposit is needed to hold your wedding date. A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is due to hold your date & get us started planning. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
