And, of course, to make everything run beautifully and smoothly on the Big Day. From vendor introductions to timeline development to lighting the candles…

Wedding Collections

After our initial interview we will create a custom proposal.

Full Wedding Weekend: $13,000
Partial Planning & Design: $10,000
Partial Planning: $8,000
Coordination: $6,000


  • Wedding day coordination with an experienced ADE Event Planner
  • Management of ceremony rehearsal the day before

  • Immediate access to Aisle Planner online planning system
  • Minimum of One planning meeting
  • Minimum of One site visit with necessary vendors
  • (1) 60-day out check-in

What is the difference between Coordination, Partial Planning & Partial Planning + Design?

Partial Planning + Design is for our couples who want the best of allthat we offer: everything that is included with Partial Planningincluding developing your design aesthetic based on your vision,securing the elements to bring the vision to life with a major focus onguest experience. This is as close to full service planning as possible!

Partial Planning focuses on planning & logistics including but notlimited to: vendor hiring, vendor management, site visits, tastings,rental & lighting management, etc. This is a great choice for ourcouples who want us to do the heavy lifting when it comes toplanning but want to handle the design & aesthetic on their own.

Coordination is for our couples who have chosen a venue that is veryinclusive (ex: hotels, clubs, etc.) and they would like to manage theirvendors (hiring, planning, etc.) on their own with some guidance &tools that we provide to make the planning process easier.

NOTE: All services include day-of coordination, ceremony rehearsalthe day before, vendor confirmations 2-3 weeks out, 30 day final call,60 day check in, site visit, initial planning call upon booking.

How do we hold our date with you?

Once you fall in love with us (kidding, not kidding!), you’ll let us know and we will send you a contract to review & sign and details for the first deposit. If I get another inquiry on the date you requested I will try to check with you first but as a business, an agreement and deposit is needed to hold your wedding date. A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is due to hold your date & get us started planning. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
