Ceremony Only package & special pricing at certain venues available Monday – Thursday
A travel fee of $225 applies to Santa Ynez Valley, Ojai & Ventura locations.  Travel fee includes x3 in-person trips to venue (site visit, rehearsal, & event). Travel outside of SB County requires arrangement of overnight accommodations (instead of travel fee).

Presidio Package // starting at $2000

*For the DIY Bride who wants to take the reigns to plan (with a few tools from us!) her Big Day and we come in to tie up any loose ends, confirm with all vendors, run the timeline, and make sure that everyone is where they are supposed to be & having a great time!

  • 9 hours of day-of wedding coordination
  • Management of ceremony rehearsal
  • Preferred Vendor List
  • Aisle Planner online planning system includes design & budgeting tools (45 days out)
  • Uploading your own contracts, messages, images in to Aisle Planner
  • Site visit with necessary vendors + timeline development (45 days out)
  • Final detailing meeting to nail down all details/final plans (21 days out)
  • Contacting all vendors 7-10 days prior to event re: venue requirements, details, load-in, strike, etc.

Riviera Package // starting at $3000

*Coordination Only

  • 10 hours of day-of wedding coordination
  • Management of ceremony rehearsal
  • Event assistant to support event manager
  • Wedding day timeline development
  • Preferred Vendor List
  • 1 vendor connection call (within week of receiving signed contract)
  • Aisle Planner online planning system includes design & budgeting tools (90 days out)
  • Uploading your own contracts, messages, images in to Aisle Planner
  • 1 planning meeting
  • 1 tasting with caterer
  • 1 site visit with necessary vendors
  • 1 final detailing meeting to nail down all details/final plans (21 days out)
  • Contacting all vendors 7-10 days prior to event re: venue requirements, details, load-in, strike, etc.

Cabrillo Package // starting at $4000

*Partial Service Planning – for those Brides who want the best of both worlds (DIY & Professional Planning). 

  • Up to 12 hours of day-of wedding coordination
  • Management of ceremony rehearsal
  • Direct connection with up to 6 vendors including introduction & initial contract delivery
  • Event assistant to support event manager
  • Management of all rentals, lighting, floral install on Big Day (from the arrival of the first vendor)
  • Immediate access to Aisle Planner online planning system including design & budgeting tools – ADE to upload all applicable contracts, messages, and images into Aisle Planner
  • Timeline development
  • Preferred Vendor List
  • Management of vendor set-up/load-in
  • 2 planning meetings
  • 1-2 site visit with necessary vendors
  • 1 menu tasting with caterer
  • 1 final detailing meeting 3 weeks before the Big Day to nail down all details/final plans

Montecito Package // starting at $5500

*Partial PLUS design… (basically, the easiest way to plan your AMAZING wedding weekend! Great for ranches, estates, private homes, and more intricate weddings including those with shuttling, lighting installs, rental installs, etc.)

  • Establishing budget & working to stay within budget for vendor hiring
  • Presentation of vendors
  • Securing all vendor contracts
  • 1 meeting at event rental company
  • 1 meeting at linen rental company
  • 1 meeting with florist/designer
  • 1 meeting with lighting company
  • 3 planning meetings (if desired)
  • Development of & execution of design plan
  • Timeline development
  • Immediate access to Aisle Planner online wedding planning system including design & budgeting tools
  • Entire day-of wedding coordination (from reception vendor arrival)
  • Management of ceremony rehearsal

á la Carte Vibe Package // $950

for the couple who may need more guidance when it comes to design & vibe of the event
**This is in ADDITION to the above packages**

  • 1 meeting at rental company (with mockup from florist, optional)
  • 1 meeting at linen rental company
  • 1 planning meeting to exclusively talk about design & vibe elements such as colors & theme, invitations, etc.
  • Management of all install of design elements (vendor installs) on weekend of wedding
  • Suggestions for DIY ideas/projects, weekend activities for guests, rehearsal dinner concepts, escort card ideas, etc.

á la Carte Rehearsal Dinner Package // starting at $650

for the couple OR PARENTS who may need more guidance in planning the rehearsal dinner or welcome reception.  **This is in ADDITION to the above packages**

  • 2 hours pre-event on afternoon/evening of rehearsal dinner/welcome reception to set-up, coordinate vendors, etc. (by Sophie or an event management assistant)
  • Welcome guests, ensure that event is running smoothly (1 hour)
  • 1 planning meeting to exclusively talk about venue locations & vendor recommendations
  • 1 site visit at rehearsal dinner/welcome reception venue, with necessary vendors
  • Option: return to venue at end of event to ensure that venue is cleaned up, personal items are taken care of, etc.

Additional Pricing

A discount is available for weekday events (Monday-Thursday).
